As a mother of four, I have been learning and growing in the birth community for over 9 years. When more and more friends began approaching with questions, specifically surrounding breastfeeding, I decided to balance my experience with education to be sure I was offering sound advice.

I chose the Academy of Lactation Privacy and Practice because their certification is internationally recognized and respected, 100% evidence-based learning and taught by women leading the research in breastfeeding.

Now, I offer classes, one-on-one support and give back by offering a ‘by donation only’ Warmline Service for all breastfeeding and expectant moms. Think ‘Hotline’, but with a 90-minute window to respond to your call. I am passionate about making breastfeeding knowledge available for everyone, not just those who can afford it, and to bridge the gap created in previous generations so we can all one day teach our daughters and granddaughters the beautiful gift of sustaining our children outside the womb.

In addition to my education, I have the experience of being in those postpartum shoes, and I get it. I believe we are all designed with the instincts to protect and grow our babies inside us and out, and I strongly encourage my clients to seek breastfeeding guidance prior to baby’s arrival. This will not only prepare you, but instill confidence in your body and strength in knowledge to take those first steps into motherhood.
